At that time, he worked individually/collectively with families, schools, youth, parents, educators, prominent public officials and international celebrity figures to help address matters solely related to psychological functioning (assessment, treatment and aspects of prevention). His career shifted in 2012 toward coaching and ADR, where he is quickly developing a strong reputation for his professional experiences and knowledge with families, strong commitment to effective resolution of high conflict settings, and talent in collaborating with colleagues and those whom he serves. He has completed certificates in Basic Mediation, Advanced: Family-Divorce-Child Custody Mediation, Adult and Elder Mediation, Arbitration and Parent Coordination/Facilitation through Manousso Mediation and Arbitration.
