Biography: I have a family law mediation practice. I have taken courses in family law mediation, elder law mediation, CPS mediation, domestic violence issues and parenting coordination. I currently hold the designation of TMCA Distinguished Credentialed Mediator. I am currently on the boards of Association of Conflict Resolution - Houston Chapter and Texas Association of Mediators (TAM). I belong to many other ADR and attorney associations. ACR-Houston awarded me a Lifetime Achievement Award in 2018.

Biography: Jeff Kilgore stated practicing dispute resolution when he became a lawyer in 1973. Negotiation and compromise have always been is goal for a client or disputant . He is married to Mary Kilgore and has 3 adult children and two grand children. He lives in Galveston Texas and is very glad to be the Island Mediator .He has now mediated over 1700 cases and is active in the Mediation activities in the Gulf Coast area and of the ACR Houston Chapter He is a FINRA Arbitrator, Arbitrates Texas Comptroller Real Estate Appraisal Cases and serves as a mediator in family, civil, insurance, CPS, construction probate, and real estate disputes. He is currently the National President of the Association of Attorney Mediators.

Biography: Dr. Barbara Sunderland Manousso, CEO of Manousso Mediation and Arbitration, LLC, since 1993, is an international ADR trainer, author, ombudsman, conflict coach, and leader in the international practice of mediation and arbitration. Dr. Manousso is also a professor at the University of St.Thomas in Global Conflict Management. In addition, she is the Chair of the Education Research Training Section of the Association of Conflict Resolution International, president of the Houston Gerontological Society, and member of the UT Consortium on Aging. She is the past-president of the Association of Conflict Resolution Houston chapter and current board member. She has also served as the Chair of the ACR International Healthcare Section and International Conference Committee and has served as co-chair of the ACR Workplace section and on the ACR Training Standards Committee for Elder Care Mediation. She is a certified conflict coach through the Certified Conflict Dynamic Profile. In 2010, she was recognized as one of Houston's 50 Most Influential Women by Houston Woman's Magazine. As a mediator, arbitrator, facilitator, mediator trainer, conflict resolution coach author, and lecturer with special focus on family mediation, including elder and adult mediation divorce and child custody. Dr. Manousso is a Texas Credentialed Distinguished Mediator, member of the Texas Mediators Round Table State Bar of Texas ADR Section, American Bar Association, and other professional groups. Her training programs in basic advance elder mediation and arbitration, as well as Parenting Coordination and Facilitation training, drawing students from around the world. She holds a baccalaureate from Brown University, Master of Public Health from the University of Texas School of Public Health, and Ph.D. from Nova Southeastern University. She attended South Texas College of Law. In 2008 Dr. Manousso was appointed by Texas Governor Perry to serve as Commissioner on the Nursing Facility Administrators Advisory Committee with oversight of Texas's nursing home administrators. She is also a member of the State of Texas Ombudsman for LTC Facilities, World Symposium on Elder Mediation, Elder Care, and many health associations. She is Train the Trainer chair of the Texas Mediators Training Roundtable.
