Dr. Manousso is also a professor at the University of St.Thomas in Global Conflict Management. In addition, she is the Chair of the Education Research Training Section of the Association of Conflict Resolution International, president of the Houston Gerontological Society, and member of the UT Consortium on Aging. She is the past-president of the Association of Conflict Resolution Houston chapter and current board member. She has also served as the Chair of the ACR International Healthcare Section and International Conference Committee and has served as co-chair of the ACR Workplace section and on the ACR Training Standards Committee for Elder Care Mediation. She is a certified conflict coach through the Certified Conflict Dynamic Profile. In 2010, she was recognized as one of Houston's 50 Most Influential Women by Houston Woman's Magazine. As both a Mediator and Arbitrator, I use my intercultural
and multilingual skills that consist of cultural traditional negotiation
for the parties to find their own solutions to resolve their conflict. As a
Mediator I also used my Mediation/Arbitration skills to negotiate and help the
