He served as adjunct faculty at Wheelock College and Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology, while transitioning from Coordinator of Training to Director of Training and eventual Clinical Director with Institute for Child and Adolescent Development also in the Boston area. He began working part-time as an independent psychologist in 1994, moving into full-time practice from 2004 – 2012. At that time, he worked individually/collectively with families, schools, youth, parents, educators, prominent public officials and international celebrity figures to help address matters solely related to psychological functioning (assessment, treatment and aspects of prevention). His career shifted in 2012 toward coaching and ADR, where he is quickly developing a strong reputation for his professional experiences and knowledge with families, strong commitment to effective resolution of high conflict settings, and talent in collaborating with colleagues and those whom he serves.
