Website: www.onestopmediation.com
Biography: Passionate about Alternate Dispute Resolution, I decided to pursue mediation because unlike litigation, mediation allows each party to resolve a dispute with dignity. The advantage of mediation is that it enables all parties to come together on a common platform with a neutral facilitator, the Mediator, who enables the parties to become architects of their own solution. A background in Human Resource Management and decades of collaboration with volunteers qualifies me as a neutral facilitator focusing on helping parties find solutions of compromise. Through Transformative Mediation, I encourage parties to settle disputes by facilitating conversation between parties and empowering them to explore and negotiate options to come to a resolution. I strive to ensure that the parties, upon resolving their disputes, leave with dignity. A mutually agreed upon compromise ensures minimal impact on personal or business relationships and ensures that the parties can continue to work within their communities and workplaces without losing respect. I am an approved Arbitrator for the OIC in Washington State as well and State of Michigan and a Volunteer Mediator for the Better Business Bureau of Houston and Montgomery County DRC. My extensive back background and experience uniquely qualifies me to serve a neutral in a variety of industries. I am available after regular business hours and on weekends at no extra charge for online mediations.
