Judge Frank Evans
1928 - 2019

It is with great sorrow that we share that Judge Frank Evans, commonly recognized as the “Father of ADR,” passed away on November 9, 2019.  The Honorable Frank G. Evans was honored with a 2018 Lifetime Achievement Award from the Association for Conflict Resolution Houston Chapter, Texas Mediator Credentialing Association Outstanding Credentialed Mediator for 2016, and Texas Association of Mediators Susanne C. Adams Award in 2008.
