The Dispute Resolution Center of Montgomery County Inc. (DRC-MC) is pleased to announce that the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Section of the State Bar of Texas, recently named Elaine B. Roberts, winner of the 2020 Justice Frank Evans Award. The award, which honors Justice Evans, the founder of the Texas ADR movement, is the highest award given by the State Bar ADR section. Local Mediator receives TAM’s 2021 Volunteer Mediator of the Year Award
The Texas Association of Mediators (TAM) recently named Conroe resident, Charlsie Moore, winner of the first annual TAM Volunteer Mediator of the Year. The Dispute Resolution Center of Montgomery County, Inc. (DRC-MC) nominated Ms. Moore for this award due to her many years of service and dedication to providing and promoting alternative dispute resolution in Montgomery County.
