The Association for Conflict Resolution - Houston (ACR Houston) is a 501.c.3 organization dedicated to promoting Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and conflict management, supporting and developing ADR professionals, and educating our community about the many uses and benefits of ADR.

Congratulations to Dr. Barbara Sunderland Manousso who has been selected as an honoree for Houston Business Journal’s Women Who Mean Business Award.
In addition, Dr. Manousso's research will be published in the Maynooth University Journal of Conflict Resolution, in Dublin, Ireland, in September 2018, a peer journeyed publication. SOS Semantics of Self in Conflict: A Dance in Long-term Care Facilities.
October 23, 2018 - Tuesday Aga Khan CAB Celebrates Mediation Week Sugar Land, TX - Ismaili Jamatkhana and Center Houston
Aga Khan Conciliation and Arbitration Board (CAB) will celebrate Mediation Week (as designated by the American Bar Association) by launching a series of Mediators' Forums in Atlanta (Norcross), Chicago (Glenview), Dallas (Plano), and Houston (Sugar Land).
The Mediators' Forums are free to all registered participants and are aimed at creating opportunities to share techniques and best practices in mediation. Each Forum will be held as a half day event (9:30-noon) comprised of panel discussions and round table exchanges. We hope to host approximately 25 mediators at each Forum.
The Mediators' Forum in Houston will be held on October 23 at the Ismaili Jamatkhana and Center Houston located at 1700 First Colony Blvd, Sugar Land, TX 77479.
