Description:
In the high-stakes world of conflict resolution, professionals regularly hold space for other people’s pain, intensity, and trauma—while navigating their own reactions in real time. This workshop offers a practical, trauma-informed mindfulness toolkit designed specifically for mediators, neutrals, and other conflict resolution professionals. Participants will explore simple but powerful mindfulness and meditation practices that can be used before, during, and after conflict resolution sessions to regulate the nervous system, maintain compassionate professionalism, and process the emotional impact of the work.
